Zvecan is a city and municipality located in the Mitrovica Region of Kosovo. As of 2015, it has a population of 16,650 inhabitants. It covers an area of ??122 km2 (47 km mi), and consists of one town and 35 villages.

Zveanian / Zveçan is a part of northern Kosovo, an ethnic Serb-majority region that functions largely autonomously from the rest of the ethnic-majority Kosovo. Following the Brussels Agreement in 2013, the municipality became part of the Community of Serb Municipalities.
