The involvement of the population of Mitrovica and their participation in sporting activities has been and is mainly realized through their participation in the activities of sports clubs, in different fields, within the respective federations. Within all these clubs operate all categories such as batsmen, pioneers, cadets, juniors, seniors and in some clubs even veterans who generally reach the figure of approximately 2,200 participants who defile and participate in sporting activities, through sports clubs and in the respective federations.
