Peja Theater - Istref Begolli
Peja Theater (or Professional Theater) "Istref Begolli", is a center of Peja professional artists, which has been operating in Peja for more than 60 years. In 2010, the theater began with the 6th generation in a row. So far this Kosovo or its box have come out Kosovo artist. Among the most renowned artists who have passed and contributed to the education of generations of this theater are Abdurahman Shala Istref Begolli Faruk Begolli, Melihate Ajeti, Ilijaz Nushi, Kristë Berisha Malogami, Ragip Loxha Performances abroad, have other levels of this theater it was the participation in activities of the former Yugoslavia. The plays were attended by amateur theaters of Yugoslav Theaters.
Museum of Peja
Museum of Peja dates back to 1971. In 1977, with the decision of the Municipal Assembly of Peja, the Ethnographic Museum of Peja was established and is located in the present building of the House of Culture in Peja and since 1989 it is housed in the Konak of Tahir Bey. In 1992 the Peja Museum together with the Peja Ethnographic Museum were merged into a single institution called the Peja Regional Museum.
